Hamp has

some of the biggest names in the business. Hamp has
worked with artists as diverse as Travis Tritt, The
Replacements and Gin Blossoms to ALL (ex. Black Flag),
The Cramps, The White Stripes, and many more. |

Adam Rhodes
Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia,
Adam Rhodes is a world class recording engineer. One of
Adams many specialties is his knowledge of microphones
and application of microphone techniques enabling him to
capture the finite sonic delicacies and natural
embellishments of the instrumentation (e.g. the hammers
of the piano, the subtle over tones of the cymbal hits
etc) thus creating shades of colour and a unique overall
richness and texture in the sound. Some of Adam’s
previous client’s include The Cat Empire, Paul Kelly,
Jackson Jackson, Renée Geyer, Joe Camilleri, Diesel, The
Waifs, Olivia Newton-John, Missy Higgins, Jimmy Barnes,
Magic Dirt, Infusion, The Borderers plus many more. |

Jason Gillespie (USA)
Having graduated from the University of
Memphis in 2005, Jason has fine tuned his craft under
the tutelage of engineering masterminds like John
Hampton and Jimmy Hoyson. Utilizing these recording
practices, Jason has come in to his own as a recording
engineer, whose primary passion is mix engineering.
Having recently produced and engineered Rainy Day
Manual’s Instructions In English, Jason has also been
involved on movie soundtracks and Grammy nominated
albums such as: Ruthie Foster’s The Truth According To
Ruthie Foster, Puscifer’s V is for Vagina, Big Head
Todd’s 100 Years of Robert Johnson, and The Great
Debaters Soundtrack. |

Mixmasters Studio
Situated in the Adelaide Hills, 20
minutes from the city centre, Mixmasters was built from
the ground up to provide great acoustics and an
inspiring atmosphere, featuring natural materials such
as mud brick and timber. Mixmasters provides great
sounding rooms, a comfortable environment and a
fantastic suite of equipment. Mixmasters on a whole is a
fusion of premium quality and affordability and thus
captures the best of both worlds. |

Deep Blue Studios (formerly 'Broadcast Studios')
Deep Blue Studios is a 24 track+ music
recording facility located in the heart of Adelaide,
South Australia. A converted cottage, the studio is
spacious and comfortable environment. A mere 5 minute
walk from the central market and just around the corner
from the Brecknock pub, the location is almost too good
to be true. To sum things up, Deep Blue as a studio is
respectable, competent and affordable. |

Ardent Recording Studios (USA)
Located in Memphis, Tennessee’s historic
Midtown District, we house 3 studios within our 10,000
square feet with in-house mastering and video editing
suites. In 40+ years, Ardent have hoarded all types
of audio gear and now have amassed a sizable collection
of vintage equipment not to mention a whole heap of
Grammys on the wall. |

Disk-Edits
Run by veteran Mastering Engineer,
Neville Clark, Disk-Edits is one of the worlds hidden
treasures when it comes to audio mastering. Neville has
been in and around the industry in Adelaide since 1978
and has generated an impressive resume of several
thousand CD projects to his name along with a number of
reputable industry awards. Neville is a world class
mastering engineer who can 'hold his own' against
absolutely anyone; he's truly the best of the best and a
giant amongst giants! |
